Nology's retainer programs are designed to provide the same high
quality technical service with the addition of on demand response at
a lower hourly rate. The contracts can be customized based on annual
block time or project time.
The most commonly utilized contract by our clients is based on block
time with a twelve-month commitment. Support terms are specified to
include general network maintenance, remote system monitoring, new
projects, and training employees on new and existing
implementations.
