How It Works

SQL2Exchange allows connectivity to any SQL backend database. 

Collaborate throughout your organization with easy to access contact and related data.

Step 1 : Choose the SQL Server and the appropriate database, then authenticate pick the data table

SQL2Exchange allows for Outlook or Outlook on Exchange mailboxes to synchronize contact data from your backend system to a contact folder of your choice.

Step 2 : This step is meant for Exchange users only.  Here you would choose the mail server and authenticate 

Step 3 : With the easy to use Fields Mapping wizard, you can direct SQL2Exchange to map SQL contact fields to your choice of Outlook contact fields quickly and easily.  Then, click on the Service tab, and select start.

SQL2Exchange POP/SMTP

Stand-alone installation, one SQL database, multiple mailboxes

Requires at least one MS Exchange mailbox and SQL Server database
