IT SPECIALIST - LEVEL 1 and 2

• Full time Positions
• First Level Help Desk Position assisting clients
• Assisting in server maintenance, configuration, installation, support and maintenance of our server farm
• Maintaining backup systems
• Maintain client routers, antivirus and domain
• Assist in training clients
• Desktop/laptop support
• Blackberry Server support and maintenance
• Exchange server support and maintenance
• At least 2 years experience support Windows Platform and MS products
• Proficient with MS Office Products, Windows Desktop OS, Windows Server OS
• Must have high energy and be driven. Must be able to multitask and have a postive attitude
• Must have excellent communication skills and a great personality

• Must have theoretical/practical experience with:
  • Exchange Server 2003+
  • SQL 2000+
  • Windows 2000, 2003, 2008 servers
  • BES
  • GFI Monitoring systems
  • Crystal Reports
  • Backup equipment, software
  • Firewalls - setup and maintenance, VPN setup
  • Printers
