Services are prepaid, so monthly fees are due prior to the
coverage period.
Setup fees and first month payment are due upon
order

Spam Policy:
Nology Solutions has zero tolerance to the sending of
Unsolicited Commercial E-mail or SPAM from our network. Simply,
clients may not use or permit others to use our network to
deliver SPAM in any way.
Questionable Content or Use:
Immediate Cancellation and Removal of Site!
Nology Solutions reserves the right to terminate and remove all
sites containing images or text concerning:

Pornography – includes adult
themes, images, and or text

Racism – content that is
inflammatory, and or discriminatory of a particular race of
people

Violence – Content and images
that depict violence deemed inappropriate for viewing and/or
promote violence

Slander – Content and/or images
that slander or misrepresent a person, individuals, or
corporations illegally
Removal of the site is immediate,
and all content and images will be deleted. Nology
Solutions is not financial responsible for any deleted content.
Absolutely no refunds will be made.
